Cancel Account

At CAT5 Hosting Solutions, we try to provide the best service possible to our customers. If you are having problems with any of our services, you can contact support through one of the methods listed above. If you would still like to cancel your account, please contact our Billing Department.

PLEASE NOTE: Your account is not cancelled until we receive a ticket request from you. Moving your account away from CAT5 Hosting Solutions without notification is not a cancellation and you will be held to our Terms of Service for cancellations.

Please be sure to include domain and other important information when submitting. Cancellations MUST be received 10 days before your next scheduled renewal charge to prevent being charged for your next renewal term.
